Comments:
I was starving after lab today... so I booked it over to the dining hall right after work and shoved my face full of food. The UMass Football team was there with me, and I wonder if I out ate them.... The problem with eating a ton was it took a while to digest. I went out about an hour after eating and it wasnt all down. Felt very sluggish in the beginning of my run. Uncoordinated and fat. Did the same loop as last week. Went down Lincoln first just to switch it up. Felt sooo much better coming back on University started to pick it up and closed pretty good considering how slow I was in the beginning. Overall felt decent besides my stomach. There were a lot of assholes out today making comments about my short shorts... Its been a while since I have heard those.

Essentials: Stretch (Static 2?) Ankle walks, L7, roll, hammies, pushups

Some of the guys were throwing a Frisbee around when I got back, so I stretched and did ankle walks out there. Back up to roll and do hammies and pushups. Kevin said that he went swimming today... might try to get in on that! O yea and once again this is a little longer than 5.5...
