Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
With Anthony from the lower school, bushwhacked for a couple minutes to start the run on Canal rd. down to CCT, Waterfront, back Canal path then up Canal rd back to lower school. Really nice run, distracted by the conversation, and the rain felt good as well. After went to Hardy park for 6x100m stride and strength (not sure whether to log the strides in the time or not?). Rough estimate of distance?
*Need to back off a bit/ stop being so ocd about training. Not great that I'm breaking 40 the day after the first full 7 days of training, but can't quite change that now. I've been really caught up thinking am I training right kind of thing which I guess made me jump up bit too much. Legs were a bit sad today, but today was nice to shake out. Busy next few days, aiming to run through them and take Monday off. If ya can't tell by now I'm adding commentary that I don't want to put on running2win in the star area =). Anthony knows a lot about life which rocks as well.
