Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with carter at 4:30. went a bit slower than the past few days. it was pretty nice out. not too hot. went to forest hills from his apartment, then back to the village via the cemetery. then we parted ways and i was at like 46 minutes, so i did 8 striders on the field to make it up. saw gavy and matt running and jumping up the stairs! the time is an estimate because i didnt time the striders.
8 by 35 abs, plus 60 push ups! going to try the ben style of push ups and do 60 every day since men's health says i should. today had some breaks..
