with Yvon - who's much faster than me. Wasn't able to run that much faster during mile 2 than mile one. Watch not good enough for timing - I have no idea if the timing was correct.
Back and knee hurt afterwards - not sure if from running or strength training.
Did long, slow sprints, knees up, butt kicks, on heels, on toes, duck-footed on toes and high skips afterwards.
