Comments:
Ran slightly fast first 3 miles, but then started to die off last mile. Workout seemed to pretty much be perfect for me this week. I was only 10 seconds off total from my goal time, which puts my pace at 2.5 seconds slow. Next week I need to work on the last mile, but this was a great workout again.
