Comments:
Very tired, but made a go at Hardesty anyway. Muddy the first couple miles, then it dried out.
Kept it easy, focusing on hips. Split slow through 3 miles (38) but somehow wound up running 61-flat, which is a solid split. Down was even better: PR of 38 on the descent, even with mud. GOOD run!
