Pretty tiring day, got to learn how to manage a lot of races. Mile felt uncomfortable, surging a lot and not really finding a good pace. Two mile was a lot better, felt good and more in the zone, last 800 was all out trying to beat Gerson fella. 800 was painful, had nothing in my legs and really wasn't into the race. 400 was just allright. Tiring but decent day.
