Comments:
Had the Polar HRM on today for the first time - its been getting a new battery in SA of all places. Missed a run yesterday due to the nanny being sick - I had planned a Long Run to make up for Sunday - so decided to drop it and get back on track today. I'll do another job tomorrow as well to keep the K's up.
Felt okay on the run, pushed the speed a little harder to try and reduce the time run. All up, I felt good.
