Exercise Type: Bike

biked over to the xcfh to meet people for our game of soccer. rode around a little bit for like 20 minutes before getting there. just a quick ride. it was lots of fun but resulted in some blisters! about 2 hours or so of play. biked back to the village and stretched in the air conditioning.
did front, back, and both side planks for 1:00 with 60 push ups. i was beat after such a grueling activity day, even though i didnt run.
adding up bike mileage from today, and saturday and sunday which i also will bike to for runs. pretty relaxed miles though. just getting from place to place. and the cedar hill really sucks to bike up.
