Comments:
Ran w/ Mark Traeger on the warm-up and cool down. Felt sore and a little sluggish from all the core lately. The tempo went ok though. My leg never gave out but I could definately tell the difference in power after about 2 miles. Started at 5:40 or tad faster but not sure after that I didn't have a watch after Mark dropped off. I was able to hang on better this time and aerobically it felt a lot better this week. Im definately on the right track.
