Memorial Park: 1 loop, part of 2nd loop, out and back on Memorial to Detering, rest of 2nd loop plus small out and back for distance

Sleep: 5.5 hr. 7:15AM. Another Memorial park run with Thea, actually was on time this morning, despite the fact that they were both out last night, good run, saw Coach Kerley on the first loop, talked about things we could do in Texas, stretch.
