Weather: 45 cloudy, drizzles
Comments:
Ran w/ Mark Kalib and Drew. Felt sluggish on the warm-up. The tempo felt ok for the first mile, then leg slowly tightened up and finally gave out around mile 3. Aerobically I didnt feel great but it was ok definately alot harder then it should of been. At mile 3 I stopped and quickly stretched for 10sec. then picked back up to the same pace and finished, it was all around 5:40 so not bad for the first tempo.
