It was hot and sunny even when I ran at like 9:30. This was kinda of a slog. I kept a good pace and good rhythm but worked pretty hard at it the second half. I never felt out of rhythm though. Much better long run than last week. I felt like my old long runs.
Bad call taking the no strength essentials yesterday. I'm just too wiped after these long runs to do them. Gotta go back to how I was doing it in past weeks.
