Nice workout, felt pretty sore but as it went on felt stronger. 600 (2 mins) 800 (2 mins) 1000 (3 mins) 1200 (3 mins) 1000 (3 mins) 800 (2 mins) 600. Went 1:46, 2:26, 3:02, 3:39, 3:02, 2:24, 1:43. Felt like a metronome today, very consistent. Workout felt more natural than usual, wasn't really forcing it or anything.
