Pulpit Hill and Puffers Pond

Comments:
A true morning run. Woke up early to run so I have free time tonight. Im not that good at morning runs, feel so sluggish rolling out of bed and going. Went and did the Pulpit Hill Puffers Pond Loop. The way out felt bad, but felt better the way back, had to work into it. Just felt sluggish. Legs were better, shins still a little sore. Might need to bring in the new shoes soon. Took the pace easy and just cruized thorough the brisk morning air. Added on around the parking lot since I didnt do the State st add on.

Essentials: Static 1, roll, ankles, L7

Stretched up in the suite while watching Sportscenter. Amazed by the Kings playoff run and championship. Congrats to Dustin Brown playing with such focus and determination. They knew they wanted to win and could, even though everyone else didnt think they had it in them.

Feels kinda odd. Im out here for my birthday... Still should be a good time. I celebrated a few weeks ago at home, and I can recelebrate when I get to Cleveland.
