Comments:
Did a half workout. Didn't feel great from the start but I got through it alright. Never really struggled at any point. The second lap of some of the 800s were rough but nothing crazy. We had one minute recovery between the tempo miles. Then a minute forty five between each 800. Finished off with 4x200. Felt completely dead during the cooldown.
