Comments:
We were oyo today for practice and I ran by myself. I didn't want to but it was probably for the best so that I went my own pace. I clocked a couple miles in the middle and made a conscious effort to not go faster than 6:30 pace. Felt really tired during this run. Hopefully I'll feel better come race day.
