Comments:
went to the weight room at school after work..
stretch 10 minutes..
elliptical 10 minutes..
bike 10 minutes..
circuits on the machines..25 minutes..
elliptical 5 minutes..
walked on the roller 5 minutes
8 minute ABS
a good solid hour of work...
hamstring and knee area still tender but, was able to workout pretty freely, just not much range of motion..tried to run but still not ready..
