Weather: Cooler but sunny

Comments:
Ran after work. Was feeling pretty tired all day. Didn't really expect much from this run.
Turned out to be the opposite. Probs best run of the summer. Finally felt like myself during base phase training. Not straining but just running free and relaxed. This is how I love to run. Its my favorite way to run. Looking back on things I feel like I lost this last year in my pursuit of putting up fast times during the summer (why I felt this was necessary I will never know) but it showed as I couldn't preform to my ability come November. Things will be different. this summer. I've got my effort dialed in now. I really love running this way.
