Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
hard day... first 3 lifts were all increasing in weight so i did 35 and 45lb KBs and the last 4 lifts were all speed. My forearms gave up the last 2 lifts and i could barely grib the kettlebell anymore.

40/20 for 4 lifts:
1 arm swings

snatch
2 arm swings
