Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was super sunny, and kinda hot when I left lab. I held off on running immediately. I was kinda hungry, but I wanted to wait for it to cool down, and Molly said she was running today. Waited for her to get out of lab, then we went out on the North Amherst loop. She was only going 4, so it was perfect to do that loop and show her around. Kept a very nice pace, felt good. Went by quickly since we were chatting. She split off when we got back and I added on around Orchard Hill. Up around, then cut through campus and back to the school. Felt more taxed and tired on the second part, and my shin started to get sore. IDK whats up... it feels like I got kicked there. The rest of my legs feel great... Its sore enought for me to notice it but not slow me down... I hope it goes away and isnt a stress fracture or something... Definitely kicking my hypochondria into full gear, but I need to remember to stay calm and positive.
Essentials: Static 2, hips, L7, abs, roll, ice
At the school. Started to rain. The clouds were and odd color and the sun was still shining. Eerie... Good stretch though like I said legs and rhythm feeling good. Its just the little things that push me off the path.
Also, the beta version of Map My Run popped up today... take a while to get used to...
