20' warm-up
Drills and strides
2 X 4 X "Crazy" 800m/90"/4'
Strides and lunges
20' cool down

w/ GMcD. We traded the lead for the first few but then I led the rest. A few were a little slower and this wasn't as consistant as the last time I did this workout. It may have been the heat or I may have been a little lazy.

We did the cooldown on the track. And he bought me a blue Gatorade which was amazing after sweating so much.
