Really focused in on the relaxing and holding back. I think that's a good perogative. I feel as if I put out too much of my effort in the workouts. Because of this its harder to preform well in the races. If I hold back it will be so much easier to bring that out during the races.
This was a good run though. Nothing special just solid.
