So I was going to xtrain today anyways. Its been a week. Also didnt know Kevin sched and Molly was running at night. So... went over to bike after lab. The bike went very well. HR wasnt up that high since I cant get it up on a bike, but it was good enough. Went long and wasnt too bored. Just put myself there and went. Kardashians was on though... Fuck them I want to see Mrs Eastwood.

Lifted after

Essentials: Stretch, L7, ice cup at night

Then stretched and walked home. A standard stretch. Watched a guy hit the speed bag which was cool. Legs feeling loose and good. Ankles surprisingly nice too. Knee was a little tight on some of the lifting things. Wrote down a huge rant today about my situation... I am usually a pretty personal and open person, but today I just feel like keeping this rant to myself, and hidden from my log. I might put it up later...

Guess Ill try to get in and bike again tomorrow. I would like to let this blow over, so if I still feel it, xtrain through the weekend, maybe take a week off. Kevin said I can borrow his bike, which is SO clutch. I love that connection between runners. Mostly upset that my training got thrown off, and I am going to miss my dates next week...
