Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the Burton Windsor-Clairdon troy loop with Carlton in the beginning. Felt ok, a bit of an uneasy stomach throughout...made it through though.
I was almost back, about a mile out...and I was thinking of what to name this log. Only boring things were coming to mind. Then, I see the car which just passed from behind me slow down, the car behind him not notice at all until there was about a 50 ft. gap. The guy in the back slammed on his brakes, slid, and rear-ended the first man at a pretty good rate. Bam! It was very loud; neither car was in very good shape, and that's the first for a run. Eyewitness and very close to an accident. It s probably good nothing flew off the back car or I would ve been toast...given the whole front of his car was smashed; surprising.
