Took another day off. This officially ruined my training schedule that I thought I could keep. Made it 3.5 weeks new record? Doesnt matter cause I dont give a fuck about the old training plan. Im on my own plan now. Doing what I need to do to be healthy and happy. I often look at the inconsistencies in my training as a drawback that limits me. Sure, it does, but it happened and there is nothing I can do about it. People always say woulda shoulda coulda. I cant do that anymore... Now its next step forward trying to become a better runner and person everyday.
Alright done with the rant, but went to bike again after lab and before the BBQ. Went 35 on the upright, then finished on the recumbent for 10. Hitting it pretty hard a standard bike. Saw Molly right as I was getting going. She said it could be a stress reaction, which I would believe. A lot of things have been changing and I am just reacting to those changes this way. Shit can take a long time like 3 weeks. I might try the test run in a week since it is feeling a little better.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, abs, pushups
Stretched over by the stretching zone again. Realized just now I forgot hips... oops. Stretch went well though. Walked home then hung outside at the group BBQ nad got bit by bugs...eww. But at the end of the day its feelin better cant feel it when I walk, havnt tried pounding. Also non weight bearing pain isnt as prevalent. Feels like a phantom pain/dullness.
