Morning run

Comments:
Today I actually ran outside. I am not sure what the distance was, probably around 2 miles or so. The ground on the instillation is all gravel so it is more like running a trail then a track or road. I will have to slow my pace so I don't twist or break my ankle. That would be no bueno. I have to run in the AM so I don't get run over by any large vehicles. All and all it will be nice to get up with the sunrise and run 5 miles or so.
