Comments:
Stayed at Sue's house overnight so ran from there down the Eastlink trail for 30 minutes and then back again. Total run: 1 hour. Felt really good, wore a HRM again and managed to keep my HR between 135 - 170 for the whole hour. Overall, a very good run. Gmaps pedometer says the run I did was 10k - if so, it was a good 10K. I'm going to say it was 10K until someone can prove me wrong!
