Down to Northampton

Arg... this is tough. Still taking time off. Its feeling kinda odd, not the localized pain but just sore. I really want to run... To substitute I borrowed Kevins road bike, which got the job done but it wasnt near the workout as a run. Its just not the same. It was really nice out. Took the bike path all the way down to Northampton and back. It was around 19-20 miles. I was blowing by people on the path. It was amateur hour, even for me since I have never ridden a road bike before and it took a while to get used to the handle bars and the clip in shoes. Nice to get outside though. Didnt fall or anything which is good, but the seat was having some issues. I slid down to the bottom by the end of the ride.

Essentials: Static 3, roll, L7, abs, ice

Stretched back in the common room while watching TV. Felt fine. Xtrain through the weekend then try a test run if I cant feel it. Its hard to tell whether or not I can run without a diagnosis, more so than a pulled hammy or a rolled ankle.
