Hopped back on the road bike today. I actually kinda like it. You get to go super fast and in the nice weather its pleasant. I might get one and start biking since it doesnt destroy your legs like running. Bikers have it easy... any way went back down to the trail. I dont feel confident enough in my balance and road skills to go on the roads yet. I went the other way on the trail down to Station road and back. That part of the trail is a lot bumpier, and my crotch paid for it... Got back on campus and added a loop up Orchard Hill and another loop around campus. The roads are really wide on campus, I kinda want to do a time trial loop sometime...

Got back and did a 300 crossfit circuit with Kevin on the Playground

Essentials: Stretch, roll, Ice

Stretched a little and talked about training and school. Did you know that LMU doesnt have a track team... the whole West Coast Conference doesnt have track... wtf? Shin feeling a little better. I cant convince myself it is a fracture, because it isnt shooting pain. It actually doesnt hurt much at all it just feels weird. I have a high physical pain tolerance, so that might distort it... I still believe that it is a reaction to coming back to training. Im due for a test run next week.

Bike was about 16 miles, easy money. Phil, get at me if you want another century bike ride. I will crush that shit!
