On the playground with Kevin after the bike. Felt like an ok workout. Didnt have to improvise much it was all there

Mountain Climbers
Pushups
Box step ups
Bench dips
Pull ups

couldnt do 20 pullups, but we did them on elementary school monkey bars, so I think the Badassness makes up for itself.
