25' warm up to the Farm

14 X smaller hill/recovery run back to start
one more steep hill
24' cool down back to Boyle.

Solo. The warm up felt labored but I felt strong going up the hill. First one was in 35', then a consistent 34' with a few in 33' including the last one. Then did one more hill up the steep side just to finish hard.
