Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Sick. Slowed down because watch needed me to tell it if I was indoors or not. Not the time I was hoping for but all things considered I did run very hard. I went out much too fast. I didn't realize how sick I was until I realized just how much effort I put in for 6:39 splits when so far I've been consciously slowing myself down the first mile so I don't run a sub 6:15 without enough ability to maintain the pace for more than another mile.
