Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran along the trails at North Chigrin Reservation. Ethan convinced me to go long with him today. I was initially hesitant but I ended up being happy with my decision. The park seemed to be the perfect size for this length of run. We saw most of it but never were really in the same place and it didn't get boring which was the best. Last part of this was a bit of a slog. The hill wasn't really funzies. Probably dehydrated too. I think I need to start stopping in the middle of these runs for water since its getting hot when I finish.
