Comments:
Felt good again for this run - had some quad and achilles soreness that ended up disappearing (the achilles pain, however, flared up again afterwards). Stephen and I took the first 6 miles pretty easy and then kicked it for the final two, turning in a 7:18 and a 6:47 in the home stretch. Really enjoyed this run and felt pretty good at the end.
