I was really tweaking out about the interview Tuesday, so before the Godfather called, I laced 'em up and went for a quick run.

It actually was quick, too. I wasn't really trying to grind, but I rolled on this run. The weather was actually pretty decent, and it felt great to run in RF PAIN-FREE! I timed my last mile and -- with a pretty reasonable effort -- clocked a 5:57 last (uphill) mile -- my first sub-6 mile since September!
