Getting out of a rut

Weather: Das Gym - outside was rain and hail. Gotta love this place

I have been in a bit of a rut for the past week or so. It's been about 3 weeks since I ran my half marathon. That might have something to do with. At any rate, I mustered up the motivation to run on the treadmill today. I did 4 miles and ti felt good. I think I will have to slowly build back up again.
