Exercise Type: Bike

Decent day at the rec center after work. Lots of people were there. I am starting to recognize faces... I must go to the gym too much (or do they go to much...?) any ways bike was good. R hammy is a little tight after (sigh...) Did 20 on the upright, took a pee break, then 25 on the recumbent. Cruizin as much as usual. Watched Sex and the City and Mean Girls.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hips, abs

Good essentials really felt stretched out. Did hammy rolls on the big exercise ball. Chatted with Kevin for a little since he was there on the bike as I was leaving. Shin is feeling better (might be because my hammy feels tight) Maybe its one or the other. I should break my arm, or a finger or something and call it a day... Test run tomorrow to see how it feels and if I can ease back into running. Excited!
