3*(4*200), 200rep rest, 400 rep rest, with Grogan and Will, goal ~:70, splits - 72.5, 70.2, 69.5, 70.0, 70.7, 69.3, 69.0, 66.2, 69.4, 69.X, 71.X, 63.X.
CD to Wade Oval with Will then NRV through Little Italy to Hamp w/ Grog
Because I got a good bit of cardio in this morning, I opted to go with Grogan to Lewandowski's tuesday track group. the workout was quarters. didn't know how exactly I would fare, although I'm pretty confident in my ability to run fast even early season. I tried to settle in to 69.5-70.0, and succeeded pretty well (except when I gave chase on #8, because the end of the 2nd set, and #12, because it was the last one). Messed up the watch for the last intervals. The heat felt like a blanket. This was solid, and I'm happy with the effort. Also, Will is cool. From some New England D3 college.
