Weather: sunny and hot, wind on the 100m straightaway

So I started off in a dreadful 54` 300m which is rather slow for me but then I got moving and hit a few in 49` so it averaged out to around 50`each. Not a whole lot of pep in my step today.

Last year, I did a few of these in 46` but i guess it takes a few of the workouts to get sharp again.

On the plus side, I found $15.00 on the ground today which was nice since I had to pay my $30.00 track fee.
