ran with phil mercer and new guy will from the village. will seems pretty cool, but he likes to go kin dof quick. or maybe i just felt like it was quick because i ran harder at a long distance yesterday. went 10 with will, we split from phil and mercer at teh first lake. i wasn't that tired from yesterday, just a little tight in the hamstring area. good to talk to someone new, and he seemed pretty chill. he's the only person his age that he works with though. everyone else is old! haha.
