Weather: Cool (35 or so)
Comments:
Lo-cal diets and hilly runs don't mix, but that is where I'm at. Huge hills today. Kevin Williams was back running again. He took a different route but it was great to see him running again. Justin struggled. I was sluggish but in the end I felt pretty good. My right IT Band is acting up a little but should be okay.11 more days. Woo Hoo.
