Well... since shin wasnt great yesterday took an xtrain today. I think i can go 3 days of running then a day off. Work was pretty slow and tiring today. People were kinda out of it. I was especially, with being up late last night. Went to the docs at UHS in the middle of the day, and they said I should be fine, just got to let it work its was through. Left a little early to go the the gym. Went on the recumbent bike and went very well I was cruizin. HR wasnt up there though... Its tough but I still felt like I was workin. Went to the elliptical right after to add on.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hips, abs and pushups, maybe ice later

Wow, made up for the lack yesterday. Felt great stretching out. Good stretch through the hips. Then did some abs pretty standard. Again, super busy at the gym. I am going to look up some shin splint rehab stuff and start up a rehab regiment on my own. If anyone knows some stuff, HMU (hit me up...)
