Weather: overcast, windy, felt like fall

stick work and glute activation
jump rope
20' warm up
drills and strides
3 X 4 600m/2'/4'
20 cool down and a few lunges and squats

My first was in 1:50, then in 1:49, and then 1:48. Then settled into a consistent 1:48. But blasted the last one in 1:46. So I'm happy with this one.
