Comments:
ran with mercer, will, and carter to forest hills. we were going faster than i wanted to really for most of the run. when we got done with forest hills and were on our way back i said something and we slowed up. i didnt feel too great, but we also were moving fast. then mercer and i did some striders on the field to round up.
