Was sick ass shit from Friday night until yesterday night so obviously I didnt get any running in. Always feel awkward running after a day or two off so that was expected, still weird though and I don't like running that slow. it was prettymuch an unintentional progression run though. Last 800 worked down nicely. Then stretched and strided and did 4x100. the point of these was little recovery and trying to get my self used to running 1st mile 5k pace (hopefully 5:08-5:10 for lock haven)without it feeling too hard. Couldnt hit it on the dot though haha. That pace is about 19.5ish and I went 17.75. 20.57, 19.82 then 20.37..oh well i guess lolz.
