Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after a quick hip strength/ stretch session.
First half at 8 minute pace, next at 6:40, next at 6:00, next mile at 7:00, next half at ~6:30. Felt like a walk in the park which was a nice surprise. Also, I may have left one of my pairs of running shoes in New Jersey. And by "may" I mean I did.
