Comments:
Went for a run with David and Wyatt after work. Was pleasantly surprised when they were both up for 10. Ran the Green loop which used to be my staple on Tuesday mornings during cross last year. Felt pretty good. We discussed the season. I really think we're gonna have a great group this year. I'm really excited to see things fall into place.
3 strides, ibisx37, hips 1x17, gun show 76/24, stretch, L7, roll, Olympic Trials.

Day 4 was intense. Unfortunately NBC sports network did not think the steeple prelims were worth watching. But everyone major advanced so they only lost some of the bit they've gained with me over the past few days.
Did get to see both 5k heats and see the end (most likely) of Alan Webb running in an Olympics. Who knows this guy is incredibly talented but I can't see him regaining form to make an Olympic team in the next 4 years. To be honest I was kinda dissapointed with him. He made a big fuss to be included in the 5k anyway and then bombs out in his heat. Bad form!!! In the women's my girl Emily Infeld advanced. Hopefully she brings it in the final. it'd be a long shot but it'd be really cool if she went to London.
800 finals were intense. Symmonds looked great in the type of race the 800 Olympic final will most likely be. I'd be more confident if he ran a little faster but ehh his hope for a medal is if people go out stupid and he can pick off idiots that go out with Ridushia. Poor Charles Jock. He tried soo hard. Just shot a little bit too much in the first lap. Hes no Ridushia. In the womens Montano didn't impress me. She went out in 55 and says its practice for London and I do think the pace my be that fast in the final but she had better finish better if she wants to medal. Poor Maggie Vessy too. She seemed strong. But couldn't summon the Symmounds kick. So she's going home. After making the World final last year:(
