Distribute. Anyways hot when we went out... Still the temps in New England are nothing compared to the midwest. I remember from last year. Sorry to all that are slogging out there in the heat. Molly had never been up to Wildwood, so we set out on that loop. She kept the pace upbeat and quick. Which is good. I really need to beat her next year... Haha but for now she is a good training partner to keep the pace. Legs felt good today, shin not sore at all (A little so afterward). She stopped off after the Wildwood loop, and I continued into the back woods. I slowed down a lot, legs hit a wall and I felt really really sluggish, but my shin was ok. Will take a while to really lockdown on that pace and be able to hold it. I still think I am making good progress. def sub 7 on the first 4-5 miles, prob up to 7:30 pace on the back woods.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankle walks, roll, Ice cup
Stretched out infront of the dorm again. Might be time to throw in the striders. That helps bring the leg speed in. Legs feeling ok, shin holding up. With drills and rehab, I am going to keep these in check and stay competitive.
Tomorrow is gonna be my xtrain day. No guaruntee on the swim... I have been really tired in the mornings lately, but still getting a lot of sleep. The grad school schedule is awesome. I love it. No hw, only if you want to do extra work. Chillin during the day. Everybody left work today at 2pm to go watch the soccer game. I stayed and finished up my samples like a good researcher lol.
