Just was very out of it mentally tonight, legs were hella sore too so thats a good indicator that I did a tad too much last night, for awhile there considered just doing three miles and saying fuck it but then realized I might as well just run the extra 2 miles why not. Took it for what it was, a real recovery day as it was very very slow and easy. I was barely breathing and did no strides. Hopefully one of these days I'll start feeling normal again on my runs.
